Creating eGroup Polices with ZixGateway Manager

To create eGroup Policies in ZixGateway Manager:

1. Using a supported Internet browser, connect to your ZixGateway Manager:
   https://<ZixGateway Manager>:8443/zixvpm
2. Select a cluster to work with and then click the Manage Policies tab.
3. Click Edit to the right of the Subject, Body and Attachments fields.
4. When the Glossary and Bindings dialog box displays, click Reveal at the bottom left corner to bring up the Define a new Glossary Entry dialog box.
5. In the Entry Label field, enter a descriptive name for this glossary entry.
6. Select the Expression button.
7. In the Expression box, enter "ZIX" followed by the group name you created in either the egroups.conf or ldap_egroups.conf file.
8. Click the Add button at the bottom.
9. Click the Add to Glossary button in the middle of the screen.
10. Click the Conceal button at the bottom left corner of Define a new Glossary Entry.
11. Click the OK button of the Glossary screen to close it.
